Tax and Financial Law
Our Tax and Financial Law Department is headed by Dr. Ricardo Lodi.
Working in the area of Public Law, based on an interconnected vision between the various branches of legal science, especially in the areas of Constitutional, Administrative, Financial Law, and, mainly, Tax Law, whether in direct and indirect taxes. It presents a differentiated vision for the infrastructure sector due to the extensive professional and academic experience of its partners regarding the sectoral taxation of infrastructure segments of our economy, such as Oil and Gas, Fuels, Electricity, Minerals, Transport and Communications. Given the partners' extensive experience in the public sector, the office offers an attentive view of the administrative nuances that may influence decision-making by economic agents.

Preparation of legal opinions with academic qualifications, with the expression of the legal opinion of Professor Ricardo Lodi Ribeiro on legal topics of specific interest to each client, based on the most up-to-date jurisprudence of our Courts and the most authoritative national and foreign doctrine regarding the Law applicable to the case.

More objective legal guidance designed to support legal entities in making internal decisions.
Strategic Litigation
Occasional action, in conjunction with another firm or company's legal department, in strategic administrative or judicial litigation, with the preparation and delivery of memorials and/or carrying out oral arguments in administrative councils and courts.
